Our Ordering Process
Placing an Order
Items without Graphics
Many Items not requiring graphic production are in stock and available for shipment within 24 hours. We have attempted to note standard lead times for all products.
Items Requiring Graphic Production
These items usually ship in 4 business days from receipt of approved production-ready digital artwork. Rush orders ship in 1-2 business days from receipt of approved-production-ready digital artwork.
Things to know:
- Graphics can be produced from your production-ready digital artwork. Please follow our Graphic File Preparation Guidelines when creating your artwork.
- Upon receipt of your order, artwork submission instructions will be emailed.
- There are no setup charges and no rush charges - ever.
- Fixed shipping costs if listed are for ground shipment only and apply to standard lead time orders only.
- Overnight shipping charges apply on rush orders.
- Proofs are available on standard lead time orders when requested. Email (jpg) and fax proofs are usually free as are printed proofs for 3-panel or larger Lambda mural (for popup displays) and 3x3 or larger VBurst displays. Cost for all other proofs depends on type of proof required. Call for details.

Most orders will ship via FedEx or UPS for delivery in 1-6 business days within the continental U.S.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Fixed shipping costs listed are for ground shipments within the contiguous U.S. only. Additional shipping costs apply to express shipments (overnight, 2-day, 3-day, etc.) and/or shipments with destinations outside the continental U.S.
Fixed shipping costs are based on ground shipment of one item and do not double if two of the same item are ordered or if the items needs to ship express (overnight, 2-day, or 3-day). If various items are ordered, shipping cost will be calculated based on the total order and you will be notified of the shipping cost before we process your order.
Shipping costs are subject to review and change prior to shipment. You will be contacted if additional charges apply.

When You Receive Your Order
Open all packages immediately upon delivery and inspect for damages.
If damage is found or suspected, please
- Save ALL packing materials including inner and outer boxes and all packing materials
- If possible, photograph the damaged product and packaging
- Report any damages to ESP within 5 business days. Damage caused in shipping but not reported to ESP within 5 business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Our Return Policy
- You may return most stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We will pay return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise the customer is responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs.
- All returned items must be re-packed and returned in their original packaging for protection. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
- Returned merchandise received damaged will not be credited.
- Absolutely no returns accepted on custom order displays including orders with imprinting or graphics unless the item is incorrect as a result of an error on our end.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
